These terms govern your access to LekhaBio and the responsibilities that come with creating, editing, and sharing a profile on the platform.

1. Eligibility and acceptance
By accessing or using LekhaBio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide truthful information about yourself.
2. Service scope
LekhaBio provides tools to help users create and share matrimonial profiles, including guided interviews, AI-assisted writing support, editing tools, hosted profile pages, and related sharing experiences. We may evolve, improve, or retire features over time.
3. Account and content responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for everything published through your account. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant LekhaBio a limited license to host, process, display, and transform it as needed to operate and improve the service. You must not upload content that is false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing on someone else's rights.
4. Billing and payments
Some features may require payment. Prices, trial availability, and plan details are shown inside the product or on our pricing page. Payments are processed through third-party providers. Unless required by law, amounts already paid are non-refundable after the paid service has been delivered or activated.
5. AI-assisted output
LekhaBio may suggest or rewrite profile content using AI. These suggestions are drafts, not guarantees of accuracy or suitability. You are responsible for reviewing what you publish and ensuring it reflects your intent, facts, and standards.
6. Acceptable use and termination
You may not use the service to spam, impersonate, harass, collect other people's data without permission, or interfere with the platform's operation. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued use creates legal, security, or operational risk.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
LekhaBio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly provided and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of LekhaBio after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
