We collect information you provide directly to LekhaBio, including account details, interview answers, profile text, uploaded photos, preferences, and support messages. When you make a payment, payment processing details are handled by our payment partners and we receive only the information needed to confirm the transaction.
2. How we use information
We use your information to create and host your profile, generate AI-assisted drafts, power editing workflows, process purchases, secure accounts, respond to support requests, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing and visibility
Your profile is shared only through the links and access settings you control. We may share data with trusted vendors that help us run hosting, payments, analytics, communications, and security. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, our service, or our rights.
4. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, but no system can promise absolute security.

You can request access to the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, request account deletion, and export profile information that you have created. If you want a profile link disabled or personal data removed, contact us and we will review the request in line with applicable law.
